OutsideOnline.com is having a social media contest in which people vote for the best place to live. The contest started with 64 towns. The site Vote Provo encourages people to vote for Provo, Utah.
- In round 1 of the competition Provo defeated Jackson WY with a of the vote 14,389 to 11,670.
- In round two Provo defeated Taos, NM with a vote of 9,414 to 8,480
- In round three Provo defeated Missoula in a vote of 21,906 to 21,244
- In round four Provo defeated Anchorage a vote of 50,037 to 47,549
- In round five Provo defeated Ithaca, NY with a vote of 34,981 to 33,342.
Provo is now in a close race with Duluth, Mn for the best place to live in America. So, everyone needs to get out and vote, vote vote!
