The Provo Towne Centre was constructed by JP Realty in 1998. It was acquired by Brixton Capital in 2016. In August 2017, Brixton announced an $80M upgrade to turn the mall into a mixed use facility.
The video shows a drive through the 2017 Christmas light display at the Mall.
