South Ridge Farms

Utah County has a long and proud agricultural tradition. The internet provides links between the suburban heart of Provo and the various orchards and farms operating throughout Utah County.

South Ridge Farms is a fourth generation operation near Santaquin. Most of the orchard is planted in red tart cherries. The orchard also grows apples, pears and other berries.

The web site has an online store that allows you to order various gift baskets and bulk items as well as a recipe section. The company appears to have spawned a new site called Red Barn Recipes which carries recipes using cherries, apples, pumpkins and other farm fresh goodies. The site also promotes a blog called Utah Apples.
