Utah Rivers Council

Provo River Falls

Our rivers are the life blood of our little moutain desert home. Utah Rivers Council works as an advocacy group protecting both the rivers and access to the the rivers. The council happens to be working holding a river clean up on 9/15/2007. The site has information on river related activities and other ways that you can help protect this important natural resource.

I took a set of of the Provo River. The river starts in the high Uintas, carves several incredible canyons and fills several reservoirs on its trip to Utah Valley where it drains into Utah Lake.
